This review is built from SIBAYS's Amazon Australia listing (current pricing, rating and review volume) and a read-through of the most recent verified buyer reviews - not from physically operating the unit ourselves. Where a claim below has no independent testing behind it, that's noted rather than presented as measured fact.

Who it's for
Large dogs and households with several animals. Cat fountains hold enough for a cat; this holds enough that you are not refilling it daily for a labrador or three pets sharing.
The filtration and circulation are the same argument as any fountain - they slow the film that forms on standing water, which matters in an Australian summer.
Who it's not for
Single-cat households. This is far more capacity than one cat needs and it takes a proportionate amount of floor space. A small steel fountain does that job better.
It is also mains-powered, which means it stops in a blackout. If that is a live concern where you live, a gravity waterer keeps working.
Pros
- Genuine large-animal capacity
- Filtration and circulation on a useful scale
- Reduces refill frequency substantially
- Reasonable 755-rating sample
Cons
- Largest footprint of any waterer we cover
- Needs a floor-level power point
- Dead in a power cut
- Filters are an ongoing cost
